Woman injured in crash south of Sleepy Eye on Highway 4
(Mankato, MN) – A St. James woman was injured Friday afternoon in a crash on Highway 4 south of Sleepy Eye.
Mary Ann Montoya, 41, of St. James was southbound on Highway 4 when the Pontiac Grand Prix she was driving was struck by a 2014 Ford pickup that was westbound on County Road 22, according to the state patrol.
Montoya was transported to a Sleepy Eye health facility for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Neither Michael Ernest Vogel, 40, or his passenger in the Ford, 18-year-old Kaitlyn Alexa Vogel were injured. Both are from Springfield.
The crash happened at 2:06 p.m., according to the state patrol.
