(Glencoe, MN) – Police say a 64-year-old man is dead in McLeod County after he became trapped in a corn bin Friday.

The McLeod County Sheriff’s office says the man was pronounced dead at an address on 140th Street in Rich Valley Township, north of Glencoe.

A 911 call was made reporting the man was trapped just before 11:30 a.m.  His body was discovered about 30 minutes later.

The sheriff’s office hasn’t released the man’s name.
