Highway 13 maintenance near Waseca starts Tuesday

(Waseca, MN) – Sealcoating will begin next week on Highway 13 in Waseca.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation said motorists should expect delays and lane closures between Highway 14 and the Waseca High School. Traffic will be controlled with flaggers and a pilot car.
Weather permitting, sealcoating will be completed by the end of the week. Crews will return in a couple of weeks to paint final striping.
